The Appraisal and Valuation of both Businesses & Commercial Real Estate, is based on the implementation of appropriate valuation methodologies and approaches, combined with application of the Rules and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).    

A preliminary value is typically estimated within 3-5 Business days. The Appraisal Report is finalized and delivered via email in PDF format, in 5-10 Business Days.  Special assignment accommodations can be made for "RUSH" circumstances. 

Small Business Appraisals: $750. Non-Complex Commercial Property Valuations/BPOs: $500 - $750.  Non-Complex Appraisals: $950*. Multi-User Property Appraisals: $1,250*.  Complex Properties: $1,500*+ Special Use: Call for Fee. *These are generally Fee start points
